Testimonials

“I am a consumer/investor/remodeler who has dealt with Walt Fair and the ladies of his title company for many years. Walt Fair is not only a brilliant real estate lawyer whose opinions are sought by Realtors and other title companies, but he employs professional closers and other office staff. Walt Fair's office uncovers minutiae that would likely have been overlooked by other title companies. Also, Walt Fair is easy to reach and easy to talk to. I phoned him one time and caught him dressing to go to dinner on a cruise ship in the Mediterranean. I give Walt Fair, PLLC five stars because the quality of work and ease of doing business with them is exceptional.”

“We don’t seek out vendors. We seek out strategic partners – those who strive to treat us the way that we treat our customers. Walt Fair and his entire crew are the best partners. They work alongside us to help meet our customers’ needs. They are always willing to work smarter, longer and harder to accomplish the impossible. And, they serve as a great resource to all of our lending staff.”

“As an Investor, Walt Fair and his team have become invaluable to my business. I routinely refer to Walt Fair, PLLC as the "go-to" Title Company and real estate law firm. Investors should look no further and add Walt Fair, PLLC to their real estate investment team.”

Gabriel RamirezReal Estate Investor

“I’ve worked with Walt and his staff for 15 years and have always received prompt and professional service. Whether it’s working through a title issue, preparing loan documents or getting Walt’s professional opinion about a complex real estate transaction, Walt is my “go to”.

Joe NesbittBank President

“As a real estate investor, there are few things in my process as important as a solid team at my title company. Walt has the perfect balance in his office of detail-oriented escrow officers, solid communicating escrow assistants, and, when you need it, the legal expertise to get the hard deals done.”

Jud GriffisReal Estate Investor

“We have used this firm’s services for over 15 years and find them to be a very valuable vendor relationship for our bank. Walt Fair’s knowledge of real estate law, combined with his life-long experience in working with title insurance underwriters, ensures that we won’t have any surprises along the way when getting transactions closed for our customers. Walt not only handles the transaction, but he represents the bests interests of the bank in doing so. Many times over the years he has called regarding specific closings to say “have you considered doing this?” as a means to counsel the bank on better structuring a given credit.”

Todd MooreBank President

“I could write a book of thanks for all that Walt done for me. He has handled family estate and business matters for me, but he exceeded my expectations in directing me through the organization of my 501(c)(3) non-profit work. I am so thankful for not only his assistance and help, but for his encouragement and support.”

Michael PageChurch Pastor

The Team continuously demonstrates how well they are connected to the real estate industry and they have helped me expand my relationships with real estate agents and bankers within the community.
