ABOUT ANGELIC SERRANO
Angelic Serrano, who was born in Riverside, California and raised in Rio Grande Valley, serves as a bilingual Escrow Officer and Paralegal for the firm.
Angelic has extensive experience in the industry and has closed thousands of real estate transactions. Her career began in 2004 as a paralegal in a Rio Grande Valley law firm. While serving in that capacity, she obtained a Business Accounting degree from Southern Career Institute in Harlingen, Texas and also graduated with honors from the Texas Land Title Association Title School.
She has developed a statewide reputation as a hands-on, hard-working escrow professional. Angelic has earned the confidence of various clients of the firm throughout Texas who appreciate her knowledgeable and careful approach in closing their commercial and residential real estate transactions. Angelic’s popularity among real estate professionals has caused her to develop what most people would consider an inverted work-life balance as she typically puts in 60-70 hour work weeks, which she enjoys because she considers working on real estate transactions her favorite hobby.
