ABOUT KATIE STUFFLEBEAM
Katie Stufflebeam was born and raised in Austin, Texas before moving to Waco and joining the firm. Her intelligence, work ethic, and people skills were quickly recognized and Katie was fast-tracked into her current role as Escrow Officer, where she has excelled in mastering the complexities of a challenging industry.
She graduated with honors from the Texas Land Title Association Title School, which motivated her to distinguish herself as a rising star. Her grasp of knowledge of the subject matter, procedural and rate rules, and escrow accounting made her an ideal candidate for advancement. In recognition of her growing skill set, TLTA admitted her to its Alex H. Halff Leadership Academy, which cultivated her initiative and enthusiasm and further groomed her to be a successful title professional and leader in the industry.
Katie subsequently earned the prestigious Certified Escrow Settlement Professional designation from TLTA, which is the highest professional certification available in the title insurance field. This elite certification showcases her vast knowledge across 28 key subject matter areas and establishes Katie as an industry expert. Certification is achieved by meeting eligibility requirements in work experience and education and successfully passing a challenging examination.
Prior to her career in the title business, Katie worked for the YMCA of Austin and Central Texas as a Program Director for many years. Her experience working with people of all ages in that role along with her generous spirit and friendly, kind demeanor unwittingly provided her with the servant heart mentality that drives her to go the extra mile for her many clients.
